The name you choose is your own. No other registered citizen
can take the name you use at any given time with your account.

Once you're a citizen, you are granted access to any world
in the universe that isn't private. You are no longer restricted
to just those Active Worlds, Inc. worlds and user worlds
that have allowed tourist access.
3– Avatar Selection
As a registered citizen, your wardrobe expands dramatically.
Instead of choosing from male or female, all of the available
avatars in a given world are opened up for your use.
4– Protected Building
The objects you create as a tourist can be deleted by anyone.
Not so with a citizenship. Your builds can only be deleted
by those with appropriate rights - otherwise, they're forever.
5– Communicate
Citizenship comes with a great amount of communication improvements.
You will be able to send and receive telegrams, whisper
where it's not allowed by tourists, your text will appear
of normal color in the chat area, and you will be easily
identifiable by others thanks to your newly established
name and unique citizen number.
6– Participate
Many organizations, events, games, and other activities
require that you are a citizen to participate. This will
open up a number of possibilities to increase your enjoyment
during time spent in Active Worlds.
