General FAQs
•What types of things can
I edit?
Currently, we have several pages set up with Wiki-based
content. In our Site Index,
Wiki pages are marked with a green W.
For the most part, you are allowed to edit lists of information.
Some pages include: Best
Resources, Things to Do,
Hold an Event
Check 'em out to see how you can contribute!

•What about vandalism?
The Wiki software logs all changes and is capable of reverting
to previous versions of each page. If for any reason this
fails, we have master copies of our original content we
will restore.
Please notify us or try reverting
any pages which show signs of vandalism.

•What about quality?
Quality always has and always will be a major concern for
Support AW. We will be monitoring Wiki pages regularly to
be sure high quality, relevant content is added. We hope
that if you notice something unsuitable for a page you will
exercise your Wiki abilities to change it!

Advanced FAQs
•I found the root of your
Wiki, or a way to add pages. Can I?
You sure can. However, this is NOT the usage we intended
the Wiki on SAW for, and your page will only be viewable
by you entering the URL or another person searching the
root Wiki.
Only certain pages of the Wiki are shown on Support AW
and you are not able to insert ones you create.

•So my page won't be seen
- How can I suggest a new SAW page or a current page that
should be Wiki enabled?
Use the Suggestion Box below or box@supportaw.com
to e-mail us.
Please note: We are aware of certain pages like Places
To See (Worlds) that people may be interested in editing,
however, they require formatted images and complicated layouts
so we are still working on templates for these types of
pages.

Technical FAQs
•Will Wiki on SAW be compatible
with my web browser?
We have spent much time to make sure this Wiki system works
on most popular web browsers. Multiple persons have confirmed
that it works on the latest versions of these browsers:
IE6, IE7 Beta3, Mozilla/Firefox, Netscape, Flock, Opera
The system works best in all browsers except Opera, which
some resizing trouble has been reported. However, all content
is displayed, therefore making the error aesthetic only.
Due to the dynamic nature of this feature, some untested
or older browsers may not display our content properly.
If you experience problems, please e-mail
us with a detailed description of the problem, along
with your browser name and version.

•The full lists of content are not showing
up - they appear cut off. What's wrong?
This probably means that particular page wasn't coded correctly,
or your browser does not support the required scripts. Please
e-mail us with your browser name and type and a description
of the problem.
